Cheer Japan

Japan Federation for Sport Cheer and Dance as "Cheer Japan", is an official member of the International Cheer Union (ICU) and was established in February 2010 as a nonprofit corporation with the aim of sending Team Japan to the ICU World Cheerleading Championship and for the advancement of the sport of Cheerleading and Performance Cheer worldwide.

The ICU World Cheerleading Championship is an official international contest attracting top cheerleaders from all over the world to compete and support each other. We at "Cheer Japan" are dedicated to supporting cheerleaders in Japan and providing more opportunity for them to compete on the world stage.


With our motto, “Cheer for Japan, Cheer from Japan.” in our hearts, we engage in various activities to bring Japan to the international level.
